We’ve Got the Answers Ready
What is the difference between a car wash and a car valet/detailing?
A car wash is a basic cleaning to remove surface dirt. Valeting or detailing is a meticulous, deep cleaning process that restores your vehicle’s interior and exterior using specialized tools, techniques, and protection products that go far beyond a standard wash.
Do I need to book an appointment, or can I just turn up?
To ensure your vehicle receives the time and attention it deserves, all our services are appointment-only. You can book easily through our website or by calling us directly.
How long do your services typically take?
Timing varies significantly based on the service. A full Interior or Exterior Valet may take 3-4 hours, while our Ceramic Coating service requires 1-3 days to allow for paint correction and proper curing time.
How long does a Ceramic Coating last?
We offer various professional-grade coatings, typically ranging in durability from 2 to 5 years, depending on the client’s chosen package and how the vehicle is maintained.
Can you remove strong odours like smoke or pet smells?
Yes, we utilize advanced methods, including deep steam cleaning and specialized enzyme treatments, to safely and effectively eliminate stubborn odours, not just mask them.
Do you offer protection for new cars?
Absolutely. We highly recommend our New Car Protection package, which includes a full Ceramic Coating application to safeguard the paintwork, trim, and glass from day one.
I have deep scratches on my paint. Can detailing fix them?
Detailing, specifically Paint Correction, can safely remove light swirl marks, oxidation, and fine scratches. Deeper scratches that have gone through the clear coat may require professional body shop repair, but we can often significantly reduce their visibility.
What maintenance do you recommend after a full detail or coating?
We recommend regular Maintenance Washes using pH-neutral soap and two-bucket methods. For coated vehicles, we also advise using specialized top-up sealants to maintain the coating’s hydrophobicity and longevity.
